How It Works

When you subscribe, your selected coffee will be automatically charged and shipped according to the delivery frequency you choose.

You can choose deliveries every:

  • Every 2 weeks

  • Every 4 weeks

  • Every 6 weeks

  • Every 8 weeks

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.

You may:

  • Pause your subscription.

  • Skip an upcoming delivery.

  • Change your coffee selection.

  • Change your grind or bag size.

  • Update your delivery frequency.

  • Update your payment method or shipping address.

  • Cancel your subscription at any time.

Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically before each scheduled shipment using the payment details you have provided.

If a payment cannot be processed, we will notify you and attempt to process it again before your order is cancelled.

Shipping

Subscription orders are freshly roasted before dispatch and shipped according to your selected schedule.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Changes to Pricing

If subscription pricing changes, we will notify subscribers in advance before the new price applies to future renewals.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Once a renewal has been processed, that order cannot be cancelled, but future renewals may be cancelled immediately.

Returns

As coffee is a fresh food product, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve it.
