**Same Day Shipping Policy**

At BeanHaus, we process and ship orders with care and speed.  

Orders placed **Monday to Friday before 10:00 AM** are shipped **the same day** via **Akis Express**.  

- Orders placed **on Friday after 12:00 PM** may be delivered the following **Monday**.  

- Orders placed **on weekends (Saturday or Sunday)** are shipped **on Monday**.  

Please note that **no refunds are issued** for uncollected parcels returned to us by **Akis Express** due to customer non-pickup.

United Kingdom Shipping Policy
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped via Cyprus Post.
Estimated delivery time:
3–5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Up to 1kg — €11
Up to 1.5kg — €15
Up to 2kg — €20
Up to 3kg — €29
Up to 4kg — €35

Please note:

Shipping box weight (300g) is included in the final shipping calculation.

Orders above the maximum parcel capacity may require multiple shipments.

Customers interested in larger orders or 5kg+ purchases are encouraged to contact us before placing an order for the best shipping arrangement.

Customs & Import Taxes

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
