Zotter Labooko Colombia 80% is crafted with cacao from ASO SEYNEKUN, a cooperative of Indigenous cacao producers in Pueblo Bello, Colombia. Fine Mist Roasting and 12 hours of conching create a rich yet refined dark chocolate with expressive fruit and roasted notes.

Tasting notes: sour cherry, blackcurrant, almonds, shortbread, baguette, cream and soft roasted notes.
