A beautifully balanced specialty coffee from El Pantanal, Honduras, produced from the Catuai variety and carefully processed using the washed method.
The cup opens with a delicate hibiscus character and vibrant red berries, followed by the gentle sweetness of prune. A smooth almond note brings a nutty depth to the profile, creating an elegant combination of floral, fruity and sweet flavours.
Clean and expressive, this is a refined Honduran coffee with a distinctive yet approachable character.
