The exceptionally soft, slowly leavened dough is topped with Valrhona white chocolate, pistachio cream and crunchy pistachio pieces. A separate piping bag of smooth pistachio cream is included, allowing you to fill every slice exactly as you like.

Type 00 soft WHEAT flour, BUTTER, fresh pasteurised EGG YOLKS, sugar, sourdough starter, acacia honey, pistachio cremino (white chocolate and PISTACHIO paste), salt, water and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans.
Pistachio cream: glucose syrup, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract) and PISTACHIO paste.
Topping: Valrhona white chocolate (sugar, Valrhona cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOY lecithin and natural vanilla extract), grapeseed oil and chopped PISTACHIOS.
